Each ticket includes a guided durian farm tour, carnival games, claw machine experience, mascot meet & greet, DurianBB Masterclass, durian tasting session, and free photo spots.
What are the ticket prices and what's the difference between MyKad and Non-MyKad holders?
Children: RM38 (MyKad) / RM68 (Non-MyKad)
Adult: RM68 (MyKad) / RM168 (Non-MyKad – includes RM60 voucher)
Senior/OKU: RM68 (flat rate)

What are the operating hours of DurianBB Academy?
Tuesday to Sunday: 10 AM–12 PM / 3 PM–5 PM. Closed Mondays. Last admission is at 3:00 PM.
Do I need to book a specific date and time for my visit?
Yes. You must choose your date and time when booking. Arrive at least 15 minutes before your session for ticket redemption.
Can I reschedule or cancel my booking?
• Reschedule: Allowed once with valid reason and 1-week notice.
• Cancellation: 90% refund with 1-week advance notice.
• Cancellation: 90% refund with 1-week advance notice.
What should I bring when collecting my ticket?
Bring your booking confirmation and MyKad/Passport. Otherwise, surcharge of RM30 (child) or RM60 (adult) will apply.
Is there transport available to DurianBB Academy?
Yes, a free shuttle bus runs between MRT UPM Station and DurianBB Academy ticketing counter.
