Refund Policy

At DurianBB Academy, we want every guest to enjoy a seamless and pleasant booking experience. However, we also recognize that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes require you to change or cancel your plans. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations, amendments, and refunds may be considered. Please read this policy carefully before making a booking, as all transactions with DurianBB Academy will be subject to these guidelines.

When you make a booking for any of our tours, trainings, or adventure activities — whether directly through our website, an authorized partner, or other booking channels — you acknowledge and accept that all bookings require full payment in advance and are subject to availability. Once your booking is confirmed, we will send a confirmation via email containing all relevant booking information. It is your responsibility to check this confirmation thoroughly and to contact us immediately if you notice any errors or inconsistencies.

If you need to cancel or change your booking for any reason, you must contact us at least 7 days prior to your scheduled visit date. Cancellations received within this period will be considered for a full or partial refund, at the sole discretion of DurianBB Academy. Cancellations made with less than 7 days’ notice, or in the case of a no-show on the day of the tour or activity, will not be eligible for a refund. Exceptions may only be granted in the event of a verified emergency, such as serious illness or other unforeseen circumstances, for which we may require supporting documentation.

In the event that DurianBB Academy must cancel or reschedule your booked tour, training, or activity due to circumstances outside of our control — including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, safety considerations, insufficient participant numbers, or other unexpected operational factors — we will promptly notify you and offer one of the following options: an alternative date or time that suits your schedule, a full credit to be used for future bookings, or a full refund back to the original payment method.

Approved refunds will be processed using the same method of payment that was originally used for the booking. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, and it may take up to 7–14 business days for the funds to appear in your account. DurianBB Academy will not be held responsible for any delays caused by your bank or credit card company.

If your booking was purchased as part of a promotion or discount, the terms and conditions of that promotion will also apply. Bookings made under non-refundable promotions, special event packages, or discounted rates cannot be refunded under any circumstances, except where cancellation is initiated by DurianBB Academy.

We appreciate your understanding that last-minute cancellations can impact our carefully planned tours and experiences.
