These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and participants who use our website and services. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, we kindly ask that you refrain from using our services or website.

Your use of DurianBB Academy’s website and services signifies your complete acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly, as we reserve the right to modify or update them without prior notice. Continued use of our website or services after such updates signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.
Services Provided
DurianBB Academy offers a variety of educational and recreational services, including online ticketing for durian farm tours, durian-themed educational activities, training sessions, and adventure experiences. These services are provided subject to availability and are intended to offer guests of all ages a unique, immersive learning experience centered around Malaysia’s iconic King of Fruits — the durian.
Bookings & Payments
All prices shown on our website are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and may include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is required in full at the time of booking, and accepted methods include standard electronic payments as displayed at checkout. Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and any tickets to be presented during your visit. Please ensure all booking information is accurate and notify us immediately if any errors occur.
Ticketing Terms & Conditions
Customers are required to select their preferred visitation date and time when booking tickets. Booking confirmations must be presented at the cashier counter upon arrival, where physical tickets will be redeemed. Tickets are valid only for the date and time stated and cannot be rescheduled or extended. Expired tickets will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Children below 3 years old may enter free of charge but must be accompanied by a paying adult. All guests must comply with the rules and safety regulations displayed throughout the DurianBB Academy premises as a condition of entry.
Please be informed that no refunds will be provided in the event of inclement weather, natural disasters, or any other unforeseen circumstances. Additionally, tickets cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts, promotions, privileges, or loyalty programs. They are also non-exchangeable for cash, and lost or damaged tickets will not be reissued or honored.
All guests are required to present a valid MyKad (Malaysian ID) or Passport for verification at the ticket redemption counter. Failure to do so will result in a surge charge of RM30 for children and RM60 for adults applied during redemption. DurianBB Academy reserves the right to amend these ticketing terms without prior notice.
Cancellations & Refunds
All bookings are final. In general, tickets purchased are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in a particular promotion or package. If an event is canceled by DurianBB Academy due to operational issues such as safety concerns, low attendance, or extreme weather, a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed through the original payment method and may take 7–14 business days depending on your financial provider.
Health, Safety & Conduct
All participants must follow the safety instructions provided by DurianBB Academy staff. Participation in tours and activities is at your own risk. Guests with health concerns, mobility limitations, or allergies are advised to inform our team in advance. We reserve the right to deny admission or remove any guest who fails to follow safety protocols or behaves in a disruptive or harmful manner. No refund will be issued in such cases.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, text, logos, videos, and other materials, is the property of DurianBB Academy and protected under intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Privacy
DurianBB Academy collects personal information solely for the purpose of processing bookings, enhancing your visit experience, and ensuring secure transactions. We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties without your consent, except as required to fulfill our services or by law. Liability
DurianBB Academy shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or inconvenience caused during your visit, except in cases where such harm is the result of our direct negligence. Visitors participate in all activities at their own risk, and DurianBB Academy shall not be responsible for any damages arising from unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural events or third-party behavior.

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
